These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of TrueMarke (also known as TrueMark), a digital signature and document verification platform provided by FINAP USA LLC.
Service description
TrueMarke enables organizations to prepare, send, sign, seal, and verify documents using advanced electronic signature workflows, identity verification, and tamper-evident audit records.
Account responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining account credentials, ensuring signer authorization, and using the platform in compliance with applicable laws including ESIGN, UETA, eIDAS, and local electronic transaction regulations.
Acceptable use
You may not use TrueMarke for unlawful activity, unauthorized document execution, malware distribution, or attempts to bypass security controls. We may suspend access for violations that create legal, security, or operational risk.
Billing and plans
Paid plans are billed according to the pricing shown on the website. Document-based usage limits, feature availability, and support levels vary by plan. Taxes may apply where required.
Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided on an "as available" basis. To the maximum extent permitted by law, FINAP USA LLC is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from platform use. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where prohibited by law.
