This Privacy Policy explains how FINAP USA LLC ("FINAP", "we", "us") processes personal information when you use TrueMarke (also known as TrueMark), our legally binding digital signature and document verification platform.
Information we collect
We may collect account details (name, email, organization), authentication data, document metadata, signature events, device and browser information, IP address, and support communications required to operate secure signing and verification workflows.
How we use information
We use personal data to provide digital signature services, verify signer identity, maintain audit trails, prevent fraud, improve platform reliability, comply with legal obligations, and respond to support requests.
Data storage and security
TrueMarke is built on Microsoft Azure infrastructure. Data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (256-bit AES). Signed documents and audit records may be retained in WORM storage according to your plan and applicable regulatory requirements.
Data sharing
We do not sell personal information. We may share data with subprocessors that help us deliver the service (for example cloud hosting, messaging delivery, and identity verification providers) under contractual safeguards, or when required by law.
Your rights
